Vice President Cai Yingfeng Meets with Delegation from Macquarie University

On the morning of September 15, Vice President Cai Yingfeng met with a delegation of six members from Macquarie University, including Eric Nett, Dean of the Macquarie University Business School, David Harrison, Director of the International Office, Stephanie Huang, Deputy Dean of the Business School, David Sam, Executive Director of the Business School, Stella Wang, Head of the Greater China Region at the International Office, and Yu Hui Zhang, Manager of the China Office.

Pan Jianfeng, Director of the International Office, Deputy Director Feng Yun, and Wang Xiang, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Finance, attended the meeting.

Vice President Cai Yingfeng warmly welcomed the visit of Eric Nett and his delegation, and she introduced the progress our university has made in recent years in talent development, discipline construction, scientific research, and internationalization. Cai Yingfeng reviewed the fruitful results achieved in educational exchange and cooperation between the two universities, and she fully recognized the significance of the Sino-Australian Joint Credit Recognition Joint Education Program. She expressed hope that the two universities can further expand the scope of inter-university cooperation and deepen its content.

Eric Nett expressed that Macquarie University attaches great importance to its cooperation with our university. Significant achievements have been made in talent development through this collaboration, providing an excellent study experience for students. He stated that Macquarie University will continue to cherish the friendly relationship between the two universities and advance the international talent development and international scientific research cooperation between the two institutions.

Macquarie University is a public research university located in the city of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It was ranked 195th in the 2021 THE World University Rankings and 200th in the 2022 QS World University Rankings. Macquarie University's Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) is recognized as one of the world's best business schools by World Executive Digest.
