On November 11, a delegation from the prestigious Ewha Womans University of South Korea visited the School of Finance and Economics at Jiangsu University. The two sides held an exchange and cooperation meeting themed "Deepening Cooperation for Mutual Development." The talks were chaired by Yan Jun, Vice Dean of the School of Finance and Economics at Jiangsu University, during which both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on promoting substantive cooperation and reached broad consensus.

At the beginning of the meeting, Professor Hu Xuhua, Dean of the School of Finance and Economics, delivered a welcome speech, expressing his warm welcome to the visiting delegation. He briefly introduced the development history, disciplinary strengths, talent cultivation achievements, and internationalization strategy of both Jiangsu University and the School of Finance and Economics. He also conveyed the sincere desire to establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with Ewha Womans University.
Subsequently, Professor Luo Hong, Director of the Global MBA program at the Graduate School of Business of Ewha Womans University, expressed her gratitude for the warm reception from the Chinese side. She provided a detailed introduction to Ewha Womans University's history, global reputation, as well as the disciplinary advantages, faculty resources, and international programs of the Graduate School of Business, particularly highlighting the features and achievements of the Global MBA program. She looked forward to the two schools complementing each other's strengths and jointly exploring innovative cooperation models.
During the meeting, personnel from both sides engaged in productive exchanges. Mr. Lu Jun, Executive Vice President of the Korean Overseas Education Association, and Ms. Sheng Jinli, its Jiangsu Chief Representative, also participated in the discussions, offering valuable insights from the perspective of promoting Sino-Korean educational exchange. Other Chinese participants included Liu Qundong, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice Dean of the School of Finance and Economics, and Zhu Yanjie, Director of the International Education Office.
Through full consultation, the two sides preliminarily identified cooperative intentions in multiple areas, including faculty exchanges, student mobility, joint research, and co-hosting academic events. Both sides unanimously agreed that this meeting laid a solid foundation for future collaboration and committed to promptly implementing specific cooperation details to jointly foster fruitful outcomes from the partnership between the two institutions.

The visit concluded successfully in a friendly and warm atmosphere, marking a crucial step forward in the international cooperation and exchange between the School of Finance and Economics at Jiangsu University and Ewha Womans University.
