In order to further strengthen the management of foreign teachers and educate and guide them to successfully complete the assessment tasks during their employment period, on the morning of September 27th, the School of Finance and Economics held a symposium for foreign teachers in Room 1304C of Sanjiang Building. Wang Xiang, the Party Committee Secretary of the college, Hu Xuhua, the dean, and the college's foreign teachers participated in the symposium. The meeting was chaired by Wang Xin, the director of the college's Administrative Office.

At the symposium, Hu Xuhua elaborately interpreted the relevant institutional documents on the management of foreign teachers and put forward three requirements. Firstly, abide by Chinese laws and regulations and comply with the management systems of the university and the college. Secondly, adhere to academic integrity and abide by academic norms. Thirdly, clearly define the assessment tasks during the employment period and formulate personal development plans.

Wang Xiang said that foreign teachers are precious resources for the development of the university and the college. The college will, as always, create favorable working conditions for foreign teachers and provide meticulous services. He hoped that foreign teachers would strictly abide by Chinese laws and regulations, the school's discipline regulations and the code of teachers' ethics, and devote themselves wholeheartedly to teaching and scientific research work, contributing to the development of Jiangsu University and the School of Finance and Economics.
